Club rules
These are the rules that govern how Exotic Club operates. Accepting them is required to request membership.
01. Purpose and scope
These internal rules govern how Exotic Club (hereinafter, "the Club") operates and are binding on all members and guests who access its premises. Accepting them, together with the privacy policy, is required to request membership.
02. Legal status and cannabis club model
Exotic Club operates as a private non-profit association under the cannabis social club (CSC) model, within the Spanish legal framework for shared cannabis consumption in a closed circuit. The Club does not sell to the public or advertise cannabis products; access to the available varieties is reserved exclusively for verified members.
03. Admission requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older and prove it with a valid ID.
- Request access through the Club's official form and accept both the privacy policy and these rules.
- Be accepted after individual review of the request by the Club's team.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
04. Consumption on the premises
- Cannabis is consumed exclusively inside the Club's premises, among members, under the closed-circuit cultivation-to-consumption model.
- Selling, reselling or transferring products to non-members, on or off the premises, is strictly forbidden.
- Access to the Club under the influence of substances that compromise the safety or atmosphere of the space is forbidden.
05. Code of conduct
- Members must treat other members and Club staff with respect.
- Photographing, filming or sharing images of the Club's interior or of other members without their explicit consent is forbidden, to protect the discretion and privacy of all members.
- The Club reserves the right of admission based on objective, non-discriminatory criteria.
06. Disciplinary policy
Breaching these rules may result, depending on severity, in a warning, temporary suspension of membership, or permanent expulsion from the Club. Grounds for immediate expulsion include, among others: reselling products, bringing in unauthorised people, or any conduct that endangers the Club's legality or safety.
07. Ending your membership
Members may request to cancel their membership at any time through the Club's usual contact channels. Cancelling membership does not waive obligations already incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.
08. Data protection
Processing of members' personal data is governed by the Club's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD.
09. Amendments to these rules
The Club reserves the right to amend these rules when necessary due to regulatory changes or changes to how it operates. The current version will always be available on this website. Members are encouraged to review it periodically. Last updated: August 2026.
