01. Data controller
Exotic Club (hereinafter, "the Club") is the controller responsible for processing the personal data collected through the membership request form available on this website.

02. Data we collect
We only collect the data strictly necessary to process your club access request:
- Full name
- Email address
- Referral source (how you heard about us)
We do not collect specially sensitive data or payment information. We do not install tracking cookies or use advertising tracking technologies.
03. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Evaluate your membership request
- Contact you with the outcome of your request within a maximum of 48 hours
- Manage your registration as a member, in case of acceptance
The legal basis for this processing is the explicit consent you give when submitting the request form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
04. Data retention
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to process your request. If your request is declined, your data will be deleted within 30 days of that decision being communicated.
If you become a member, your data will be retained for the duration of your membership and, once it ends, for the legally required period.
05. Sharing data with third parties
Exotic Club does not sell, transfer or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Only technical providers strictly necessary for the club's operation (e.g., web hosting) may access your data, always under a data processing agreement and with appropriate safeguards.
06. Your rights
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing or request its restriction
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es)

07. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or accidental destruction. Access to data is restricted to authorised club personnel and managed under strict confidentiality protocols.
